Like the other Palm steakhouse locations around the country, Charlotte's location has the signature feel: plenty of mahogany, leather, caricatures of sports legends and celebrities. The menu lists the classics: shrimp or crab cocktail, dry-aged steaks (the bone-in dry-aged strip, for instance), Nova Scotia lobster or veal. All patrons---including celebrities and bank executives---can dine in peace in the intimate booths, where service is always professional.
