Chef-owner Margaret Lundy is famous for her fresh, juicy rotisserie-roasted chicken served with a wide selection of sauces and sides. Changing specials celebrate the seasons with dishes such as Southwestern-style barbecue brisket with roasted root vegetables, white bean soup with local greens and fresh sage, and the best chiles rellenos this side of Santa Fe. The homemade chips and guacamole are topnotch and the made-to-order margaritas with freshly squeezed limes are addictive.
