An Inland Empire edition of a Long Beach favorite, this shopping- and theater-convenient osteria is decked out with colorful memorabilia, from the worlds of Italian sports to Italian sports cars. Begin with a carpaccio drizzled with a potent Gorgonzola cream reserved for true lovers of blue cheese, or a focaccia from the wood-burning oven topped with prosciutto, arugula and Grano Padano cheese. The pastas are almost universally reliable, from gnocchi bathed in pesto sauce to rigatoni enhanced with a seductive sherry cream. A wide variety of tasty thin-crusted pizzas come out of the aforementioned oven.
