Todai, now a national chain, believes in volume. The sprawling place packs in big crowds, which is a good thing for a pan-Asian buffet that includes sushi. This veritable food factory offers an endless selection of hot-and-cold Asian dishes (such as sweet-and-sour chicken, sukiyaki, chow mein and crab cakes), as well as about forty types of sushi.
