The modern interior is breezy fresh---we like the wall-size wine bank, open kitchen, and raw bar with its topnotch seafood. Not surprising in a restaurant with a name that includes two ocean-related words, treasures from the sea are a great choice, including the spicy scallop ceviche and the milder soy-glazed, pan-roasted sea bass with baby bok choy and green curry-coconut rice. Grazers will go for the sampling plates; our favorites are the clever rock shrimp corn dog with mustard butter and the intensely flavored Wagyu orange-ginger-teriyaki beef skewers. This is a good place for budding epicureans too, with a kids' menu that boasts a petite filet mignon, grilled salmon and tiger shrimp with honey dipping sauce. Those with a serious sweet tooth should steer towards the mocha semifreddo with white chocolate-espresso mousse and homemade toffee crunch. Don't miss the happy hour at the famous serpentine bar.
