Latitudes Description:
Housed in a refurbished Victorian underneath a 200-year-old oak tree, this Auburn eatery features a different ethnic cuisine each month. From Greece to Africa to the Caribbean, the food reflects the diverse cuisine the world has to offer. Dishes include such creations as phyllo-wrapped lamb and feta, Guinean grilled halibut and Jamaican tofu with papaya chutney. Along with a strong selection of vegan and vegetarian offerings, the chefs will do what they can to accommodate additional dietary needs, and many dishes can be prepared non-dairy, low-fat or cholesterol-free.
