There are also some more adventurous options. Think crab cakes fused with ground shrimp, chicken and silver noodles, deep-fried and served with sweet-and-sour cucumber sauce; and Royal Chicken Ruby---Cornish game hen stuffed with shrimp and chicken and deep-fried, then served with shrimp-fried rice.
