Executive Chef RaShon Jones and Sous Chef Elias Vaca -- the team that formally ran the restaurant at Barney's New York -- have created a menu that features American cuisine, using California ingredients. For example, the meatloaf with mushroom gravy topped with seasonal vegetables and the striped bass over steamed rice with pea (shoots) and carrots. And the surf and turf is fresh lobster sauteed with garlic, white wine and butter served with a fillet of grilled ahi on mashed Yukon Gold potatoes with steamed baby green beans.
