Parking:

Free parking will be provided to all concertgoers. Please follow the instructions of the parking attendants by parking where they direct you. A drop-off site will be available for seniors, the disabled and families.


Miscellaneous:

No Glass
The Princeton Rocks Musicfest organizers have established a NO GLASS policy. The festival security staff will ask that all glass containers be left at the patron's individual campsite(s). Patrons wishing to have refreshments are asked to do so in PLASTIC or ALUMINUM containers only.

Glass containers outside the perimeter of individual campsites will be confiscated and discarded in refuse containers. The festival organizers thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Lawn Chairs/Blankets
Take your blanket and lawn chair with you at the end of the evening program. Do not leave them in the concert area or they may be lost forever. No stakes are permitted on the grounds to secure blankets. Never under any circumstances block the aisle or rush the stage.

There will be no reserved seating.

No Cameras / Video Cameras
At the request of the performing artists, there are to be no cameras or video cameras allowed on the site.

No ATV's
No personal ATV's or off road vehicles will be permitted on the camping and concert premises.

Pets
Please leave your pets at home under the care of a friend during your time at Princeton Rocks Musicfest. It gets HOT in Princeton. However, if you must bring your pet, it must be confined to the camping area. No pets are allowed in the concert site.

Any pets left alone in campsites are to be properly fed and checked at regular intervals. We ask that all patrons supervise their pets at all times while on the camping grounds. We require all pet owners to leash their pets at all times on camping grounds. All pet owners must clean up after their pets. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the campsite.

Food
You may bring your own food or purchase it on the grounds. On site there will be a selection of food stands. Please note that food stands are only accessible during the concert site hours.

What to Bring
Your ticket, accommodations, appropriate clothing (mountains can experience the extremes of hot to cold), seating for the day, insect repellent, sunglasses, hat and sunblock.

Bicycles
Will not be allowed on the concert site. The Trans Canada Trail passes right beside the campground - consider a bike ride as part of your recreation.

Campfires
No open fires will be allowed, however barbecue and charcoal grills are allowed. Remember - this is fire season.

Children
Lost children should be taken to the lost and found /security station. Please keep your children beside you at all times when groups are on stage. Never let a child sleep on the ground while music groups are on stage . . . especially at night!

Curfew
After midnight please be quiet. Don't bless others with loud singing or talking. If asked by someone to "quite down", please respond graciously. Boom boxes are to be shut off in the camping areas by 11:30 p.m.

Fireworks
No personal fireworks may be brought on to the concert grounds or campsites.

Frisbees, etc.
Please confine athletic activities to areas not congested by people

Litter
Please help keep the grounds clean by picking up any trash and depositing it in the nearest trash bin. Please report any overflowing trash bins to the concert office.

Lost and Found
All lost and found items should be taken to or retrieved from Lost and Found/Security Station.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the concert site. Please limit smoking to your own campsite or specially marked areas.

Suggestion Box
Located at the main festival office. Your input is greatly valued.

Toilets
Toilet facilities are located throughout the grounds. Please notify a staff member if they need servicing. We need everyone's cooperation in keeping these facilities as clean as possible. It only takes one careless person to make things really gross. Toilet facilities accessible to wheelchairs are located in the concession building near the grandstand.

Wristbands
Please keep your wristband on your wrist during the entire time of the musicfest. You will need this to enter the concert grounds.

First Aid Station
A first aid station is located on the concert site during concert hours. Outside of concert hours, call 911.

To avoid visiting our First Aid Station, please follow these suggestions:

Drink plenty of fluids.
Be reasonable about the amount of time spent in the sun.
Bring with you all prescription medicines you normally take.
Eat substantial meals.
Remember the concert and campgrounds are dusty.
You should report to the first aid station if:

You have a cut and can not stop bleeding.
You experience light-headedness, blurred vision, dry mouth, or intense headaches.
You are having difficulty breathing with or without chest pain.
You have any type of seizure activity.
You have a burn from any other source other then the sun.
You are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea or extreme stomach pain.
You have something in your eye.





Driving direction to Princeton Exhibition Grounds:
From the WEST
Princeton is located 135 kms east of Hope on Highway #3 (the Hope-Princeton).

From the EAST
Penticton take 3a to Highway 3 or Osoyoos follow Highway 3. Both are 113 Kms from Princeton

From the NORTH
Merritt to Princeton is 89 kms, travel east on the Okanagan Connector to Highway 5A.

From the AIR
Airstrip is only 2 km from the concert site. Camp under the wing.
