Chang's kitchen is sometimes inspired and nearly always reliable. Dishes are artfully presented, and service is friendly and knowledgeable. Begin your meal with Harvest Spring Rolls or the Chang's Chicken in Soothing Lettuce Wraps. The hot-and-sour soup is silken and well seasoned. Be cautious with the ahi salad, which is sometimes overwhelmed by Chinese five-spice. If pairing wines with Chinese food has always been a mystery, this is your opportunity to select from the carefully chosen wine list designed to complement this food. For example, orange peel chicken---plump pieces of chicken breast candied in orange glaze and zest---marries nicely with a glass of New Zealand Chardonnay.
