Minato Description:
With its move a few blocks north, Minato gained bold quarters, with modern furniture, a window on Charles Street, and a wavy, rainbow-hued ceiling. But the Japanese restaurant, whose names means "harbor," is still a showcase for Alex Tran's first-rate sushi, and for such kitchen offerings as donburi, teriyakis, noodle dishes and beautiful bento boxes.
