Weekend warriors can't resist the legendary spicy migas: soft scrambled eggs folded together with cheese, onions and crunchy, freshly-fried corn tortilla strips. Generous huevos rancheros, slowly simmered with salsa and smoky refried beans, are also textbook correct, as are the breakfast tacos and fluffy, big-as-your-face pancakes. The lunch menu offers similarly sinful concoctions like gooey beef enchiladas with thick chile gravy, crispy bean and cheese tacos, combination plates, and the hearty carne guisada.
