P F Chang's China Bistro Description:
Inspired by Chinese cuisine, the cooking reflects the inroads it has made into the American culinary psyche. Crescent-shaped dumplings filled with ground pork (called Peking ravioli) can be either pan-fried or steamed. The salt-and-pepper prawns are quickly cooked---and delicious. Some dishes are spicy, in the style of Szechuan, such as a fairly traditional kung pao chicken. These restaurants are great spots for vegetarians and non-vegetarians to dine together. Lots of meat and seafood dishes as well as many vegetable dishes and items using tofu keep every taste satisfied. Desserts reflect Chinese influences; banana spring rolls anyone? While the wine list isn't exciting, it does offer correct choices with this food, including Riesling. Ask about gluten-free and training menus.
