This location of a Pacific Northwest chain of seafood restaurants is one of the better dining deals inside CNN Center. The menu changes twice daily, with selections depending on the season. There's a substantial raw bar and a few sushi selections. Southern approaches to cooking fish and seafood merit their own section. When available, the best bets are the fresh Alaskan king salmon, petrale sole from Oregon, Manila clams from Puget Sound, halibut from Kodiak Island, and tilapia from Costa Rica. Steer clear of anything complicated for the best results. Note: Portions are generous, so keep a lid on the bread basket. Desserts include a crème brûlée, Key lime pie and cherry cobbler. Happy hour, Monday through Friday from 4 p.m., offers some real deals. The expansive bar features a wide assortment of microbrews, spirits, wines and single-malt scotches. The wine list has been amplified substantially, adding a few choices from the chain's home turf. An entire section is devoted to Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris, and many seafood-friendly white wines have joined the line-up.
