A small selection of first-class cheeses can accompany an immaculate salad with a mound of salmon salad or chicken salad on top. Or these can make a great sandwich. Either way, the ingredients are pristine, and all salads and sandwiches are made to order. Get a side of exquisite olives to accompany that moist salmon salad. Alcohol is not an option, but the very good iced tea will do nicely as a substitute (some people argue it's Southern Chardonnay anyway).
