Chili's Grill & Bar Description:
Chili's is the quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. It's a safe bet to stick with starters: hot and fresh tortilla chips and salsa, egg rolls, nachos, Buffalo wings, cheese fries. Entrées are substantial, such as Cajun chicken pasta with creamy Alfredo sauce and seasoned tomatoes, or crispy shrimp tacos with spicy coleslaw and tequila lime sauce. Chili's also has good sandwiches (try the mini burgers), ribs and entrée salads. For those watching their weight, the chain's guiltless grill entrées are above average. Hamburgers are also available sans the meat, made with a black bean patty.
