I recently ordered a Mexican Pizza from this establishment. The menu stated it had salsa on it. I got a tasteless piece of dough with minimal toppings on it. There was no salsa. I returned with it and was told I had to come back at 5 to see the manager. I left it with them. I went back at 6 p.m. and was told that is how they make it. They would do nothing in the way of compensation. No new Pizza and no refund. To make matters worse, during the time spent at pizza place and a different food outlet to order my second lunch (which was also botched but corrected)I had items stolen from my display in the mall. Out $21 for the pizza and $300 for the stolen items. For the sake of $5 worth of pizza maximum at your cost you have lost a customer for life. After talking to lots of other people my experience was not isolated. How do you stay in business? Chef Ramsey where are you? Burned by bland in Winnipeg.
