I used to go to Nibblers Nosh every week and had a glass of wine with a meal. I moved back home and out of the province of Manitboba in 1991 but never forgot your cozy and classy restaurant. Wish that I could visit again. Love to have the recipe for your tarragon dressing. Tried to make it myself but failed. Would it be possible to email the recipe to me? Just hoping I guess. Need a perk during these hard times. Thanks, Linda
