Splitz Grill Description:
Choose the burger of your choice---beef, lamb, chicken, salmon, sausage or lentil---and taste its star treatment matched with fresh ingredients and a choice of toppings ranging from chili, garlic mayo, ketchup, tahini, sauerkraut and hummus to greener offerings such as tomato, sprouts, salsa and kosher pickles. The tasty, thick house-cut fries still have their skins and you'll devour every single one. Include a soft drink, and you still won't spend $10, although classic ice cream sundaes, floats, shakes, cones, and a caramelized banana split will beckon.

Ordered takeout from Splitz in the Village for 2 entire families, including 5 kids under 7. Had just about everything, from the Splitz Burger, to the Teriyaki Salmon Burger, to the Spicy Lentil Burger. All was great..including the kids meals. One thing... they forgot 2 fries, which sucks after walking 20 minutes there and back... but all was ok, and the extra calories were not necessary.

I've been going to Splitz Grill for quite a few years, and every time I go I'm never disappointed. I've been to Vera's a few times, but I've got to say that the Splitz Burger is definitely the best I've had in BC and maybe even over anywhere else.
These guys pretty much only do burgers, and they love their jobs! The meat is made in the kitchen with their full blend of spices and seasonings. You get to choose from 20 or so different toppings, some that are even home made that you won't find anywhere else. Anyone who's had it before will tell you to try the Splitz Sauce - that's the dinger right there.
The service is always great because the servers are locked behind the counter and you always know where to find them! There is no table service, but this adds to the atmosphere and makes it for a fun, real-burger dining experience.
Line-ups can form early, so put some time aside and know that at the end of that line-up, lies one of the best burgers you've ever had!
