Pheasant Club Description:
This old-school Italian restaurant has been a popular choice for locals for more than seven decades, and has managed to compete with newer, fancier restaurants. Five generations of the same family have owned the restaurant, and the original recipes are still in use. Starters include fried ravioli or Tuscan lima beans with olive oil, while mains include pasta, chicken, steaks and veal. House specials include Mama Luisa's chicken, with fresh mushrooms in a sherry wine sauce; Italian-style pot roast; and a hamburger patty topped with ravioli. Daily specials include prime rib and roast pork.
