Caribou Coffee Description:
Caribou Coffee shops are becoming a ubiquitous part of any strip mall, but the warm, knotty pine interiors are less generic than the closest rival. This one makes a rather cozy spot to set up the laptop (WiFi service is available here and at many other Caribou's, but not at all locations). The coffee is generally lighter than at other local favorite Dunn Brothers, but the specialty drinks satisfy both our urge for caffeine and for sweets. We like the Caramel High Rise with a scone or sweet muffin. During the holidays, we can't resist the eggnog-driven Fa-La-La-La-Latte; come summer, the iced chai hits the spot. "Grab N Go" food offerings like sandwiches and salads vary from store to store but are always top quality and tasty.
