This is a medium-sized hotel on the corner of the back beach esplanade - Thuy Van - and one of the big cross streets - Hoang Hoa Tham.
The restaurant is upstairs, on the first floor, via lift or stairs, and the guidance of white uniformed bellhops or ao dai-wearing receptionists.
The restaurant is a big glass enclosed space with an excellent view of the sea and the esplanade. It is one of those venues - with stage and all - that would be used for weddings and private parties.
