Pattaya Description:
Pattaya is situated in the farthest reaches of a shopping center, with little nearby activity at night and no signs to lead the way. We recommend the stir-fried catfish---an evening special---but lament that the crispy duck is sodden and the fried fish cakes are overcooked. A highlight of the meal is the Filipino coconut ice cream: smooth, cooling and rich.
