If you are at all familiar with this cuisine, you'll know that it enfolds several dumpling-type dishes as well as a host of kebabs. Lamb is a favored Afghani meat, and here you can't go wrong with an order of grilled lamb ribs, and add to that the pumpkin-based kadu chalau, and an appetizer of the steamed dumplings. Any of the kebabs will please, and if you prefer an all-vegetable meal, check out the vegetarian offerings. For dessert, a must is the cornstarch pudding.
