Despite its frumpy exterior and workmanlike interior---i.e., no décor to speak of---the kitchen at this Arlington eatery serves notable tacos, pupusas and burritos with flavors that are true to their origins. At prices that beg for over-ordering, you can take home carne de res, chorizo and cabrito (goat) tacos, then trade over to puerco, pollo and lengua burritos. The pupusas are tender as a breeze, and come in a variety of fillings, from cheese to chicken; or consider a mix of several.
