You'll find a meal here fully representative of the best aspects of modern New England and American cuisine. Dry-cured yellowfin tuna is paired with heirloom tomato confit, basil foam and Parmesan panna cotta. Hand-harvested sea scallops are served with forbidden black rice, and NY strip au Chile gets a side of purple Peruvian potatoes. The restaurant's wine list has enormous breadth and depth, particularly impressive in American Chardonnays and white Burgundies. There are plenty of good selections under $40.
