Review :
I have driven past the Moustache Cafe too many times to count, but last weekend I finally ventured inside to see what this unusual place is all about. And man, was I pleasantly surprised. The Moustache has a really eclectic menu that offers such things as elk and duck and so much more. When I was last there, I ordered the bison steak with a mushroom appetizer - I highly recommend the appetizer to everyone as it is a taste sensation! The Cafe is quite small, but very cozy and the staff is extremely friendly. This is not a fine dining restaurant, it is more of a place for real foodies to come and enjoy some of the latest offerings from chef Geoff Lundlow, who does indeed create some of the most unique and appetizing dishes I've had in Vancouver. I'll be going back very soon as new dishes are offered quite frequently.
