I've been to this restaurant several times throughout the last 2 years or so. I understand there's a change in ownership (twice?). And everyone I realize a drop in quality....most significantly the change in ownership 2 weeks ago. Rumors says that it is from the owner of another HK Cafe called California...which has always been poorly managed. The menu changed, the price changed...and certainly the quality has significantly drop. Will I go back again? Probably not.
