With a name like Tugboat Annie's Grille, I wasn't expecting very much by way of quality of food and ambiance, but color me surprised by the time we were finished. The food was surprisingly good! The setting is quite nice too, located right on the water in Richmond, they've got a perfect patio for relaxing during the day and enjoying one of many beers they have on their menu. Strangely during the week they're only open for 3 hours during the day, but weekends are open for dinner. I haven't been for dinner yet but I would definitely come back for more as our lunch was really, really good.
