A very good Japanese restaurant with style, atmosphere, and the freshest sushi out there. I've tried them all and keep coming back here. Consistency and creativity are important and they never seem to lose that. One of my favorite dining spots period!

This little sushi haven is surprisingly cheap. The atmosphere is quite classy while, selection isn't all that daunting. Service was absurdly friendly, just like most sushi locals(which is my reason for having such a sushi filled diet)My favorite dish is always spicy tuna and it varies from place to place. The spicy sauce at Bistro is just right and the tuna melts in your mouth.
