Decent food. Had the Chicken Pho soup and Shrimp Spring Rolls. Both what you would expect at low prices. Only weird thing was that the owner seemed to have their baby on premises, with a playpen and a child seat, but whatever. Who cares, food is good, and it is a kind of diner situation, so WTF!
