I am a big Pho lover. I have Pho at least once a week. Pho Hoa on Kingsway is by far the best I've had. I think I've been eating there for almost 10 years! Also, they open 24 hours so it's a nice place to go after drinks. I wish they can open one in downtown so I don't have to ZipCar there :(
