I had alway heard amazing things about Phonm Penh and I believe a large part of them to be true. I did have a very hard time with the serviece. When I go out to eat I feel as though I deserve a bit of pampering, Phonm Penh is not that type of place. The quality of the food is what is causing the buzz around town. Each dish is unique and carefully prepared, but I had to wait a long while for my table and the noise is terribly annoying. The best way to visit Phonm Penh is through take-out.
