Review :
A group of us went out to Truffles the other Friday night. We were the only people in the restaurant at 8pm on a Friday so we seemed somethig was up.
We asked to be placed by the window and so we got a nice big table. After looking over the menu, we orded 4 plates (french, italian, turkish and leb.) As our drinks we had a classic sangria. The sangria comes and the fruit consisted of frozen blueberries in the bottom of the glasses and that was it.
Then the food comes, and the plates are almost all the same: canned olives, dolmades, pickled eggplant, average-quality cheeses, and stale bread. It’s like the kitchen was a Costco outlet.
When we decide to leave we find that $5 has been added to all our orders because we shared our plates. We weren't told this and so I found this a little rude and tried to get them to remove the charge but no go.
The food was ok, but I found this place to rip you off so don't go there, or if you do, ask them if the prices on the menu are final.
