Parking:

Approximately 1119 spaces available in the Civic Center parking lots on 7th and 8th streets; $5 per car.

Accessible parking is available in both lots.
Public access parking also available in the vicinity.

General Rules:

No cameras or recording devices.
No cans, bottles, or food may be brought in.

Smoke free building with smoking areas at both sides of the building (have hand stamped before exiting to smoking areas)

Miscellaneous:

Most events are reserved seating with three levels: floor,lower level,and upper level. Maximum capacity: 8157

Group sales may be available through the box office,depending on the event. Minimum number of persons:15-20

Alcoholic beverages sold at most events (have hand stamped before purchasing alcohol). Soft drinks also available,as well as pizza,chicken,hot dogs,fries,pretzels,candy,popcorn,etc.


Driving direction to JAMES BROWN ARENA:
From the west: Take I-20 East to Exit 199 (Washington Road) and turn right. Continue to 7th Street and turn right. The Civic Center is past the light on the right with parking on the left.

From the east: Take I-20 east to exit 199 and turn left onto Washington Road. Follow until you reach 8th St. then turn right and go one block, crossing under the signal light. The parking lot is on the left. After turning into the lot, the Auditorium is on the left and parking is on the right.
OR
Take Gordon Highway, turn left on Walton Way and go 3 blocks to 8th St. and turn right. Pass over the railroad tracks. The parking lot will be on the right with the Auditorium and Civic Center adjacent.

From the south: Take Gordon Highway to Walton Way and turn left. Go 2 blocks to 7th Street and turn right. The Civic Center is over the railroad tracks on the left with parking on the right.
