Parking:

Parking is limited and available to buy in advance only from www.ticketmaster.co.uk

Car parking tickets are for CARS ONLY. No vans allowed.

Car park tickets can not be used for Campervans. Campervan tickets must be purchased in advance. A limited number of campervan tickets will be available to buy on www.ticketmaster.co.uk soon. Register for updates.

No caravans allowed.

The following car park rules must be adhered to:

CONNECT - CAR PARK RULES

> No entry to car parks without a valid car park ticket for each vehicle

>No entry to car parks without a valid event ticket for event person in the vehicle

> No sleeping in vehicles

> No camping in car parks

> No vehicle movement between car parks

> No vans

> No bonfires or barbeques

> No forms of unauthorised entertainment

> No trading from vehicles or in car parks

Vehicle searches will be in place over the weekend, if there is evidence of car park rules being broken access to the festival may be refused and vehicles removed.

CAMPERVANS

Campervan tickets must be purchased in advance. A limited number of campervan tickets are available to buy . Campervan tickets only allow you to gain access to the site with your campervan if you and everyone in your campervan are also in possession of Connect 2008 weekend camping tickets. Each campervan ticket allows access to a pitch area of 7m x 7m. If you require more space for your vehicle you will need to purchase another ticket for a second pitch. Please note that no electricity or water hook ups are available on site. No caravans allowed.

Buses:
Citylink will be providing coach services direct to the festival gates from destinations around Scotland and England. Go to www.citylink.co.uk/connect08.html or call 08705 501 501 for timetable info and to purchase your ticket.

Services will be operating from the following locations: Glasgow, Glasgow Airport, Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh, Dundee, Stirling, Perth, Fort William, Aviemore, Ballachulish, Bridge of Orchy, Lochearnhead, Crieff, Campbelltown, Kennacraig, Tarbert, Ardrishaig, Lochgilphead, Callander, Pitlochry, Oban, Dalmally, Tyndrum, Crainlarich, Arrochar and Tarbet. Services also available from London, Birmingham, Manchester and Preston via Glasgow and Newcastle, Scotch Corner, Sheffield and Wakefield via Edinburgh.

If you have booked an event ticket including bus travel from Ticketmaster, you must log on to www.citylink.co.uk/connect08.html to confirm your date and time of travel.

You will need your Ticketmaster booking reference number. Please allow two weeks between booking your ticket and booking your journey to allow systems to be updated.

Please note that Ticketmaster UK is not responsible for the transport to and from the Connect Festival. We will issue tickets on behalf of Citylink who are responsible for the bus journey to and from the site. Please note that Ticketmaster UK is only selling you the entry ticket for the Connect Festival (subject to Ticketmaster's terms and conditions) and accepts no responsibilty for any transport to and from the Connect Festival which is at the sole risk of the ticket buyer. We will where requested issue tickets for and on behalf of Citylink (but not as their agents) who are solely responsible for the bus journey to and from the site. Ticketmaster accept no responsibility or liability for any transport arrangements entered into by customers with Citylink or others. The sale of tickets for transport is separate from the sale of Festival Tickets.


General Rules:

The following items are strictly prohibited: glass, campfires, barbeques, candles, canvas tents, gazebos, pets, fireworks and offensive weapons.

Please respect the neighbours. We are fortunate enough to have found a welcome site in some of Scotland's nicest farmland. No rogue camping or parking.

There is a ticket limit of 4 per person and per credit card. Ticketmaster reserve the right to cancel tickets without notice purchased in excess of this number. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card. Ticketmaster reserve the right to cancel tickets that are offered for resale, against the terms and conditions of sale.

The official campsite opens at 10am on Friday 29th August 2008 and closes at 12 noon on Monday 1st September 2008.

Please note: you must be in possession of a valid weekend with camping ticket for the festival to be a
ble to camp on the official campsite. You could purchase one of the festival's bespoke camping packages or tepees which are available through Tangerine fields.

If camping is not for you, there are a number of Bed & Breakfast, guesthouses and hotels in the area. However, these do get booked up well in advance of the festival, so please plan ahead.

There are no pass-outs to non-campers, in other words no leaving and re-entry from the arena.

Camping pitches are on a first come first served basis,
therefore if you intend to camp alongside friends, you must arrive together. You must bring all your own camping equipment but please note that glass,campfires, barbeques, candles, gazeboes, canvas tents and offensive weapons are prohibited for safety reasons. Do not bring glass bottles.
If you are arriving to the campsite by car, please
follow signs carefully.

Several food and drink stalls selling a wide range of
refreshments.

Fresh mains water on tap at Standpipes (Look for
the drinking water signs).

As this is an outdoor event, please bring clothing
for hot/cold weather.

The Arena opens at 2pm on Friday 29th and at 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday.


Driving direction to Inveraray Castle:
By road:

From Glasgow:
Take the A82 towards Dumbarton, follow A82 to
Arrochar. Join the A83 to Inveraray.

From Edinburgh:
Take the M9 to Stirling. At Stirling join the
A811, then join the A82 to Arrochar. Join the
A83 to Inveraray.

From the North:
Junction with A83, turn onto the A83 to
Inveraray.
