General Rules:
1. No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.2. Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3.No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferable.
4. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
5. The Mean Fiddler, Freesports Television, Adventure Sports Events Ltd and The Royal bath & West Showground are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event - including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforseeable actions of other patrons.
6. The promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
7. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of the promoter. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
8. Strictly no trading allowed within the arena without the Promoters consent.
9. As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
10. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of MFMG Plc.
INFORMATION & NOTIFICATION
1. The following items may not be brought onto the site: Alcohol, Drinks Bottles, Cans, Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Air horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares. All Items will be confiscated.
2. Disabled Facilities are available – please call 020 8963 0940 for further information.
3. Weekend Tickets must be exchanged immediately on reaching the festival site. Broken wristbands will be deemed null and void.
4. Camping is only open to Weekend and Rush ticket holders.
5. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when camping at this event.
6. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed – any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
7. Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
8. Please use the litterbins and recycling points provided.
9. No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.
10. Vehicle checks will be operation. No vehicle readmission to the site. No vehicle movement after arrival. Vehicle parking and camping will be separate.
11. Camper vans are only permitted within the family and youth club areas.

14. You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
15. Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
16. Animals, Fires and the Burning of Plastics are not permitted.
17. To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
18. CCTV and film crews may be present on-site.
19. No Mini Moto bikes, Go Peds or other forms of motorized transport are allowed to be ridden on site.

Driving direction to Fairfield Recreation Ground:
From the M5 – exit at junction 23 to the A39 and then take the A361 to Shepton Mallet. Follow signs for the Showground / NAS Event.
From the M4 – exit at junction 18 to the A46, then A36 to A361 to Shepton Mallet. Follow signs for the Showground / NAS Event.
From A303 – take the A37 north to Shepton Mallet. From here follow signs for Showground / NAS Event.
