Sài Gòn Phở offers Vietnamese soups, rice dishes, and sandwiches in a quiet and relaxed setting, just north of University Boulevard. Dark wood furnishings, burgundy-colored walls, and a high ceiling create a cozy mood despite the wide-openness of the space.
The restaurant operates using hybrid service: order at the counter, then have a seat. Dishes usually come out within ten minutes, but there's no fast-food feel, and the soda machine is being phased out. Tapioca "Boba" drinks are available in addition to canned soda, tea, and water.
