Zemam's Description:
Located in a small house on Broadway Avenue with a decidedly casual, no-frills feel, Zemam's offers authentic Ethiopian fare, including spicy meat stews, boiled greens, lentils, and chickpeas.
The restaurant is well-adapted to the Tucson desert, as it wastes no water washing extraneous dishes. Instead, you get to eat the tablecloth--all dishes are served with injera, a large sourdough pancake, and eaten with the hands.
Heat (spiciness) of all the dishes is adjusted to taste.
