You'll find a beautifully appointed dining room with striking views of the city and a down-to-earth staff at this elegant restaurant that's low on pretense, but high on success, thanks, in part, to executive chef Ramiro Scavo. A fine example of his talent and creativity is the Hacienda veal scallopine where the cutlets are paired with Spanish risotto, peas, saffron and fennel with a white wine and butter sauce. We also like the Muscovy duck with black quinoa pilaf, agave glazed fennel and bean ragoût. Of course, there's always the famous Sunday brunch. Choices run the gamut from the usual breakfast fare to tender roast beef to chilled shrimp. The Grill has one of the finest wine lists in the area, and the staff takes great pleasure in helping you find that perfect pairing, no matter your taste or budget. And although this is a restaurant that's the epitome of a special occasion destination, this doesn't mean that you'll need one to enjoy dinner.
