The Boiler House, located on the northeast side of the historic Distillery District, occupies a lofted two-story space with an industrial design and timber tables. The contemporary Canadian menu might feature dishes such as Clare Island salmon with pistachio crust, sherry brown butter, warm octopus, chorizo and a beluga lentil salad; grilled Ontario veal Rossini with black truffle pappardelle pasta, pan-seared foie gras and basil butter; and organic Earl Grey tea infused crème brûlée with orange and cilantro shortbread cookies.
