Acrobat surrounds you with warmth and succulent smells. The staff is unfalteringly professional while providing friendly chit chat. I found the calamari surprisingly fabulous, because of the balsamic glaze and fresh Cajun salsa. My Filet Mingnon was nice but I would have like a few more choices to play around with. With such beautiful ambiance, at this price, Acrobat is a smart choice.
