Escargot with garlic butter and Brie, possibly the best thing to hit my plate since PB&J. It's the adult version of a taste that sticks in your mind for years and years. Another good thing about Bistro 990 is the chance of seeing someone famous, not that I'm into that kind of thing but I would get excited if Conan O'Brian came in one day.
