We waited almost 20 minutes to be served, restaurant wasn't busy. Dirty cloth napkin placed under our pizza tray, so they tray dosen't slide, we saw stains and lifted the tray, other fresh food stains, not from pizza, felt sick, showed the server and left.

Roma has been sold and is now under new ownership. They are working on fixing any issues so next time you are there let them know. I love the pizza and well who doesn't like dessert?!

I ordered delivery from Ritorante Roma and had the worst experience ever. First of all the food arrive almost an hour late. Then we found out the it was missing a salad. We called the restaurant and ask why. They said they will call the delivery person to find out what happened. After another hour and we have not heard from them. We called them again and they said they could not locate the delivery person, they said they will call me back again. After ANOTHER hour, I have not heard from them at all. It was already 1am in the morning, and they never called us back. My feeling is that they totally do not care about the customers. They charged us for the salad and it did not even arrive. And they did not even put any effort to bring us back a new one or give us a refund. The food was not even good. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Please stay away.

Everything in A Ristorante Roma is unassuming and minimal, except for the food. If you're sick of pretentious waiters and ridiculous decor, than this is your safe haven.The food is consistently good, though I tend to get take-out because the place is almost too bare.
