Eva brings 10 years of experience as a cooking teacher in
Switzerland to this century-old house one block southeast of the Square. Dinner entrees include certified black angus ribeyes, shrimp, and schnitzels, all prepared with fresh handmade sauces and fresh, organic herbs from Eva's garden. Nightly specials might include: 'Tipsy Quail', two grilled quail marinated in bourbon; pork medallions with a creamy chipotle pepper sauce; or grilled shrimp and scallops with a sun-dried tomato basil sauce.
