Miguel's Mexican Restaurant Description:
Since 1992, Miguel's has been serving dishes prepared from authentic Mexican family recipes as well as topnotch Tex-Mex. Carnitas de puerco, for example, is a build-your-own-feast item---pork simmered two hours in its own juices, then lightly fried and served with guacamole, sour cream, pinto bean soup, tortillas and pico de gallo. Other traditional meals include tamales, enchiladas and fajitas. Seafood makes a big splash---choose from shrimp or crab enchiladas, and various preparations of crab legs and lobster tails. Consider starting with the stuffed jalapeños, filled with cheese or cheese and shrimp, then battered and fried. Nightly specials include crispy tacos, soft tacos or burritos, all served with rice and refried beans. For a splurge, head for the Prime beef fajitas, sizzling their way into the dining room.
