Look for jerk chicken, oxtail and all things curry---chicken, shrimp and goat---plus barbecue ribs and turkey wings. Two local favorites also figure in the mix: red snapper and dahl (boiled split peas, seasoned with garlic and served with rice and cod). Side dishes look to the family dinner table for inspiration: cornbread, potato salad, steamed cabbage, collard greens and macaroni 'n' cheese. The décor is bare bones, so consider taking out.
