An amazing small gourmet restaurant on the opposite site of the mountain village Adelboden. Family-owned and very personal ambiance.
The food is very special, special things made of the goods of nature around his old farmhouse-restaurant. He normally cooks only one menu of 4 or 5 courses for the whole restaurant. Every course is explained of the "chef de cuisine" himself.
It is not cheap, but for what you get definitely moderate! (They only accept cash)
