Driving direction to Unit 22:
From the m3:

Come off the m3 at its conclusion (j4/14)
Follow a33 till you reach charlotte place/jurys inn roundabout
Take second exit (sign-posted ‘docks’) and keep to the right
Turn right at traffic lights and continue down a33
Continue over small bridge towards ocean village – do not take left turn – do not go over itchen bridge
Straight on at traffic lights
Turn right at next junction and go straight on towards town quay - do not take left to dock gate 4
Bear left at fork then turn left at lights onto town quay (before red funnel ferries)
Unit 22 is half way up the quay on the left

From the m27 eastbound:

Exit m27 at junction 3 onto m271
At roundabout take the first exit and join the a33
Stay on a33 and take slip road on right hand side sign-posted ‘docks and leisure world’
Go straight on over 3 sets of traffic lights
At roundabout take second exit
Turn right after red funnel ferries onto town quay
Unit 22 is half way up the quay on the left

From the m27 westbound:

Exit m27 at junction 5 (southampton airport)
Take the first exit from the roundabout and join the a35
At the second set of traffic lights bear left onto a335 (dual carriage-way)
Follow a335 to it’s conclusion and bear left at traffic lights
At the next lights bear right onto a33
At charlotte place/jurys inn roundabout take second exit (sign-posted ‘docks’) and keep to the right
Turn right at traffic lights and continue down a33
Continue over small bridge towards ocean village – do not take left turn – do not go over itchen bridge
