Inlet Restaurant & Bar Description:
Boaters can moor at this casual waterfront restaurant for a frozen drink or specialty cocktail at the dockside bar, or a meal on one of its many decks or inside, where they can still take in the waterfront view as well as live entertainment in the summer months. There is, not surprisingly, a lot of seafood served at this nearly 700-seat establishment, such as the tuna nacho, seared rare and spiked with fiery jalapeño, and jumbo lump crab cakes, but house specialties also include filet mignon and harissa-rubbed chicken with sourdough bread pudding. Platings are artful and service friendly. The wine list is limited but carefully chosen and more sophisticated than one might expect at a casual shore restaurant. Diners trying to stretch their dollars after a streak of bad luck in nearby Atlantic City can enjoy a happy hour menu and drink specials seven days a week from 4 p.m. to closing (with the exception of Saturday when happy hour specials only last until 7 p.m.), plus a three-course Sunset Dinner Menu that includes the house wine, a standard cocktail or draft beer for $20 per person offered Sunday through Friday.
